Expand or collapse the schedule
Click the 📌 pin in the right-hand corner of the schedule to expand or collapse it.
Refresh to sync visits
If you're missing a visit on your CarePilot schedule, click the 🔄 refresh button to sync the CarePilot and Athena schedules.
Filter your visits
To view visits by status or location, click the three lines to open filtering options.
Create an ad hoc visit
When a patient hasn't yet loaded from Athena into CarePilot, you can create an ad hoc visit to get started:
Create the ad hoc visit and rename it to keep things organized.
Record as you normally would.
Once the patient appears in CarePilot, move the ad hoc visit over to them.
