How to Manually Refresh Your Schedule in CarePilot

If you’ve recently made a scheduling update in Athena and want it to appear right away in CarePilot, you can manually refresh your schedule to pull in the latest appointments.

Step 1: Open Your CarePilot Schedule

Step 2: Locate the Refresh Icon

On desktop: Find the Refresh icon on your schedule view

On mobile: The Refresh icon appears just to the right of the “Today” label

Step 3: Click or Tap Refresh

This action will immediately pull in your most recent appointment updates from Athena for today!

If a changed appointment still doesn’t appear after refreshing, check that you are listed as the rendering provider in AthenaOne, because CarePilot will only pull appointments for providers who have an active CarePilot account.


Know When Automatic Syncs Occur:

CarePilot already runs an automatic update roughly every 20 minutes throughout the day, and a full weekly sync for the upcoming week happens every Sunday — so you only need to manually refresh when you know something changed recently and isn’t showing yet.
