Step 1: Open the Visit You Want to Move
Navigate to the Note section of the visit that was recorded under the wrong patient. Review the visit details to confirm it’s the one you need to move.
Step 2: Access the Move Option
Locate the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner of the note section. Select Move to a Different Patient from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Choose the Correct Patient
Search for and select the correct patient to whom you want to transfer this visit. Double-check that you’ve selected the right patient record.
Step 4: Confirm the Move
Click Move Visit to confirm. CarePilot will then automatically transfer all associated notes and work to the correct patient’s visit.
Your visit and all related information will now appear under the correct patient profile in CarePilot!
