CarePilot is an AI Scribe that helps you create detailed SOAP notes at the point of care. Our tools are designed to capture patient conversations or provider monologues and turn them into accurate and comprehensive notes. This eliminates the need for manual note-taking and allows you to focus on providing quality care to your patients.

Here's a quick video walkthrough of CarePilot:

Second, Capture your First Visit

CarePilot offers two flexible ways to create a recording: you can capture a full patient conversation or record a monologue. This allows you to experiment with different approaches to see which method best suits your documentation needs. Simply open CarePilot at the start of your visit and begin recording, either by conversing with your patient or by dictating notes solo.

CarePilot is accessible on your phone, computer, or directly in a web browser, making it easy to record both in-person and telehealth visits. Just remember to keep CarePilot open throughout the session for continuous recording. Currently, CarePilot doesn’t support headphones, as it requires clear access to both sides of the conversation to ensure accurate transcription.

Customize your visit by:

Adding a visit title to keep track of your visits.

• Choosing your recording language.

Choosing your template to match your specific preferences—whether you prefer problem-oriented notes, paragraphs, bullet points, or any other format, Care Pilot adapts to your style.

Adding patient context by inputting the patient’s name, gender, medical history, or any other details that will help the AI complete your note.

To record, press the Start Visit button.

Note: CarePilot's AI learns your style over time, the more you edit in CarePilot, the better the AI will do in matching your format and style preferences!

Third, Edit your Note

Editing your notes in CarePilot is intuitive and flexible. You can use the Magic Editing Bar to make adjustments by speaking naturally—CarePilot will automatically understand and apply your changes—or by typing directly. You can also edit in line within the note itself, giving you full control over the content.

All changes are saved automatically, so you can focus on refining your notes without worrying about losing your progress.

Fourth, Upload into your EMR/EHR

Copying your notes in CarePilot is quick and convenient.

  • You can copy the entire note at once by clicking “Finish and Copy”.

  • If you need specific sections, simply use the copy button next to each title to grab just the parts you need.

This flexibility makes it easy to transfer your notes to your EHR/EMR, streamlining your workflow and ensuring all information is readily accessible.

Security and Compliance

At CarePilot, we take the security and privacy of your data very seriously. That's why we are fully HIPAA compliant and ensure that all your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also process and store all your data in the United States, giving you peace of mind that your information is safe and secure.
