1. Navigate to Account -> Staff Permissions
2. Select the "Staff" tab on the permissions screen
3. Select "View" next to the CarePilot staff account
4. Click "Edit Permissions"
5. Scroll to where it says "Manage Permissions" and make sure that the checkbox is filled (If it's not, click it!)
6. Click "Save Permissions"
