Step 1: Right-Click on the Athena Page
Anywhere within your Athena window: Right-click to open the browser menu and look for the option labeled “Reload Frame.”
The exact wording of this option may vary slightly depending on your browser, but it will typically include the word “Frame.”
Step 2: Reload the Frame
Select Reload Frame. This will refresh just the note section instead of reloading the entire page. Once the frame reloads, your CarePilot note should appear.
