How to manually fetch your AthenaOne schedule from your dashboard using "Refresh Schedule".

Overview

The "Refresh Schedule" button in Athena allows you to pull in appointment information from Athena into CarePilot. This is useful when there was a recent change made to your appointment schedule.

Note

βœ… Weekly Full Schedule Sync – Your schedule for the upcoming week will be pulled into CarePilot every Sunday, ensuring a complete 1:1 mapping of all appointments.

πŸ”„ Automatic Daily Refresh – Throughout the day, CarePilot will automatically update your schedule with any changes. This will happen around every 10 minutes.

What "Refresh Schedule" Does

  • Retrieves Today's Appointments Only: Using the refresh button will pull in your entire schedule for that day.

How to Refresh Your Schedule

  • Locate the Refresh Button: In your Athena schedule view, find and click the Refresh Schedule button.

Tip: If you suspect an appointment was changed in Athena but don’t see it after refreshing, confirm that the appointment is schedule with you as the rendering provider. CarePilot will only retrieve appointments for providers that have a CarePilot account.
