How to Assign New & Existing Patients to Encounters

When using the standalone app, you can add patients to encounters at any time. You can create them at the

On Mobile

To Assign an Existing Patient at Point of Care...

1. Tap "Assign Patient".

2. Tap "Assign Patient" of the patient you'd like to associate with the encounter.


To Create New Patient at Point of Care...

1. Tap "Add Patient".

2. Enter the patient's information, and tap "Assign Patient".


On Web:

To Assign an Existing Patient at Point of Care...

1. On the Recording Screen, Click "Assign Patient"

2. Search for a Patient by Name or DOB, click "Search"

3. Click "Select" on the patient you want to assign.

4. Click "Submit"


To Add a Single Patient

1. Navigate to the "Patient List" Tab

2. Click "Add Patient"

3. Enter the Patient Information and Click "Save", (Name, DOB, Gender Required)

To Bulk Upload Patients

1. Navigate to the "Patient List" Tab

2. Click "Upload Patients"

3. Click "Download template"

4. Fill in template with Patient information, then Click "Drag and drop patient lists here"
