By default, CarePilot generates a comprehensive assessment and plan that populates both the free-text field in Athena and the assessment and plan under each discrete diagnosis.
If you would like for the assessment and plan to populate under the discrete diagnoses only, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Note Templates at the top of the screen
Select the template you would like to apply the assessment and plan preference to
Select the Assessment and Plan section
Check 'Populate under discrete diagnoses only'
OR
If you prefer to have the assessment and plan only populate in the free text box with no text under each discrete diagnosis, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Note Templates at the top of the screen
Select the template you would like to apply the assessment and plan preference to
Select the Assessment and Plan section
Check 'AI does not populate text under discrete diagnoses'
