Accessing Your Settings
In the top right corner of the screen, select your profile, then choose Profile & Preferences
Preferences (settings) Configure how CarePilot works across your encounters, including toggling specific products and features on or off.
Profile Update your name, credentials, and contact information.
Security Reset your password and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Customization (Your Tools)
Your tools have also moved — you'll now find them under Settings > Customization.
Keywords
Add keywords to make sure specific terminology is emphasized and highlighted when notes are generated.
Voice Shortcuts
Create voice shortcuts that automatically insert preset text when you speak specific phrases during an encounter.
Text Replacements
Configure text replacements that automatically substitute specific phrases with your preferred wording when notes are generated.
