1. Open "Setup" from the left-side menu
2. Click to where it says "Templates" under "EMR Setup"
3. Click on a template type from the list
4. Select the 3-lined "hamburger" menu, and select "Print"
5. A window will appear, select the "Print Grid (PDF)" option and select "Ok"
6. A new window will appear with the templates listed. Select the download icon and save the file to a convenient location on your computer. We recommend your "Downloads" folder
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each template type
8. One all template types are downloaded, email all of the files to your onboarding/sales representative
