Other Troubleshooting

Check Your System Sound and Camera Settings (Mac & Windows)

Mac

  1. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security.

  2. Select Camera and Microphone, then ensure that Google Chrome is enabled.

Windows

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone & Camera.

  2. Ensure that Allow apps to access your microphone and camera is enabled.

  3. Scroll down and confirm Google Chrome has access.

Restart Chrome

If you've changed permissions and it's still not working:

  1. Close all Chrome tabs.

  2. Reopen Chrome and navigate back to CarePilot.

  3. Try starting a new recording session.

Other Solutions

  1. Incognito Tab: Try using an incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac) to rule out extensions blocking access.

  2. Check for Chrome Updates: Go to chrome://settings/help to ensure Chrome is up to date.
